I’ve always been passionate about helping others. Growing up, I was inspired by the social workers in my life and the meaningful changes they were able to make for the people around them. Watching that impact planted the seed for the work I do today.
If you found me, chances are you’re looking for something to change.
Maybe you’re navigating a life transition and feeling overwhelmed.
Maybe you’re carrying more than you want to hold alone.
Maybe you’re hoping to feel more grounded, more understood, or more like yourself again.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to sort it out by yourself.
My work is deeply shaped by my own life experiences—loving and supporting neurodivergent minds as both a parent and a partner, raising kids in a world that doesn’t always support balance, and navigating life transitions that have felt heavy and uncertain. These experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy room: with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for how hard this work can be. I believe therapy can be challenging and life-changing at the same time, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients in that process.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from West Chester University and my Master’s in Social Work from Kean University. I went on from there to earn my Clinical Social Work License. Over the years I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including a children’s hospital, community mental health, and psychiatric care. For more than 12 years, I’ve been practicing outpatient therapy, supporting people through growth, healing, and the complicated moments life brings.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me juggling the busy schedules of my two sports-loving kids—sitting on the sidelines cheering enthusiastically (even when I’m not entirely sure what I’m cheering for… Go sports!). I also love getting lost in a good rom-com or a book with characters I don’t want to say goodbye to, sipping great coffee with a friend, and wandering around town exploring local shops and places to eat.
If you’re feeling ready for support—or even just curious about what therapy might look like—I’d love to connect. Finding the right therapist matters, and our first conversation is a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
